Single variables, such as the nutrients in our food (or lack thereof) can activate or silence our genes.


There is often times a disconnect when it comes to living a healthy lifestyle; we know what’s good for our bodies, but we don’t always act accordingly. We are also inundated with often contradictory health "advice." How do we know what to do? How do we implement the changes?
